PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Jama PD. This is a three-lot plat located approximately 520 feet southeast of the intersection of South Apopka Vineland Road and 5
th Street. 

This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Jama Planned Development - Jama Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on June 14, 2017, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
