The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide all labor and equipment necessary to provide mowing and herbicide treatment of various areas at the Orange County Landfill. Services will also maintain the vegetation on the closed portions of the landfill and ancillary areas on site.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in the following account numbers 4410-038-1099-03-9256, 4410-038-1086-05-9256, 4410-038-1021-3197, and 4410-038-1013-3810.
APPROVALS:
The Utilities Department and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.

REMARKS:
Four bids were received in response to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Moworks LLC was deemed non-responsible for failure to submit references that were not similar in scope and material of the IFB. The bid submitted by Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. is considered reasonable based on a technical analysis by staff.
