REMARKS:
Around 2004, a crossing at this location was removed, with the permission of the owner, due to deterioration that was causing flooding issues within the canal.
The new owners of this property, The Gathering Place Church, have approached the County requesting permission to re-establish a crossing over a portion of the Little Econ Canal that bisects the church property.
The Use Agreement defines the access area provided by County and a detailed description of the improvement to be constructed by the Owner. Any construction will be done through a Right-of-Way Utilization Permit between the County and the Owner.
