Approval of Amendment No. 9, Contract Y21-131, Street Sweeping - Roads and Drainage Division, with USA Services of Florida, Inc., in the amount of $30,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,305,951.84. ([Public Works Department Roads and Drainage Division] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will extend the contract for the period of October 10, 2024 through January 9, 2025 and adds funding to support services during the contract extension period to ensure continuity of services while a procurement process is complete. The resolicitation is projected to be issued in early October.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1002-072-2906-3816.
APPROVALS:
The Roads and Drainage Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On June 8, 2021, the Board authorized award of Contract Y21-131 to USA Services of Florida, Inc. in the amount of $1,227,552 for a one-year term. The Board also authorized two additional one-year renewals.
Previous contract amendments are as follows:
Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of July 10, 2022 through July 9, 2023. There was no change to the contract amount.
Amendment No. 2: Renewed the contract for the period of July 10, 2023 through July 9, 2024. The contract total was increased by $48,399.84, for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,275,951.84.
Amendment No. 3: Added Attachment A for pricing per line item per previous Amendment No. 2. There was no change to the contract amount.
