REMARKS: Casandra Brown Matej and Christopher Carl Matej (collectively, the “Owners”) applied to the County for a permit to construct a dock on Lake Olivia. As depicted in the approved construction plans, a portion of the proposed dock encroaches approximately five feet into a 20-foot Drainage Easement.

Dock Construction Permit BD-24-10-089 was issued by the Environmental Protection Division on March 12, 2026, with a requirement that the Owners enter into a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement with the County to allow the dock structure to be constructed within the County’s Drainage Easement. The Public Works Department and Roads and Drainage Division have no objection to the encroachment. Owners to pay recording fees.
