ACTION REQUESTED:
Selection of Event Services America, Inc. dba Contemporary Services Company, Orlando Plus Security & Event Staffing LLC, Reliable Security Services, LLC, SecWorldwide & Associates LLC, Staff Pro Inc. dba Allied Universal, and United States Security Services, Inc. to provide Event Security Staffing for the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Request for Proposals Y24-145-JA.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute each a contract for a five-year term. ([Orange County Convention Center Fiscal and Operational Support] Procurement Division)

PROCUREMENT:
The selected contractors will be the exclusive providers to provide Event Security Staffing Services to external clients (show management) on a revenue sharing basis at the OCCC.
FUNDING:
Revenue funds will be captured in account number 4430-035-0900-4186.
DISCUSSION:
The Orange County Convention Center and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
Fifteen proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Procurement Committee evaluated the responsive proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in the subject RFP.
Andy Frain Services, Inc., All-American Staffing, LLC, Spartan Private Security, Inc, TEF Staffing Agency LLC d/b/a The Ewing Family Security and Staffing Services, and Y.P.C. were deemed non-responsive for failure to provide documentation required in the RFP.
