Selection of OneDigital, LLC dba Digital Insurance, LLC to provide Employee Benefit Consulting Services, Request for Proposals Y24-1001-KK.
Request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute a contract in the estimated amount of $568,800 for a three-year term. Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms. PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide benefits consulting services, which provide guidance in navigating Federal and State regulations and legislation in addition to County policy, as they impact benefits offered to employees and post-employees.
FUNDING:
Funding is available is account number 5540-025-0279-3197.
APPROVALS:
The Human Resources Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation
REMARKS:
Five proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). All American Staffing, LLC was deemed non-responsive for failing to submit required documentation. CBIZ Benefits & Insurance, Inc. and Marsh McLennan Agency, LLC were deemed non-responsive for failing to confirm pre-requisite submittals required in the RFP. Quality Healthcare Staffing, LLC was deemed non-responsive for failing to comply with file upload requirements specified in the e-procurement portal posting. Price reasonableness was determined through comparison to current pricing for services on contract Y19-1032.
