REMARKS: Kim Denise Driver Neubacher (Property Owner) applied to the County for a dock construction permit to construct a 5’ x 17’ floating boat dock with hydraulic boat lift to include an 8’ x 25’ mooring area.  Due to the proximity of the boat dock to a Drainage Easement (OR 1154, PG 14) outfall, Orange County Roads and Drainage Division is requiring that the Property Owner enter into a Hold Harmless Agreement with County.  Property Owner to pay all recording fees.
