PURPOSE: This Consent Agenda item requests authorization from the Board for the case of Florida Land Trust No. 2021 December 2, Consumers Alliance Corporation, as trustee only, with full power and authority to protect, conserve, well, lease, encumber or otherwise manage and dispose of the property under Florida Statutes Section 689.071 and 689.073 against multiple parties. 

A Confidential Memorandum and proposed Consent Final Judgment have been provided to the Board by a separate cover memorandum. These documents will become public record at the conclusion of the litigation pursuant to Section 119.071(1)(d), Florida Statutes.
