PROJECT: Project Administration Subrecipient Agreements

PURPOSE: On August 13, 2024, the Board approved the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan for housing and community development programs, to include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Action Plan utilizes some of the funding to support the delivery of social services and homeless activities. These activities are targeted to low-income persons and include, but are not limited to, home delivered meals for the elderly, health services, job training and placement for disabled individuals, and emergency shelter for the homeless.

To implement the projects in the HUD approved 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan, Project Administration Agreements must be executed with the public service agencies. A list of the agreements with the amount funded for each agency is attached. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed the agreements as to form.
