REMARKS: On October 27, 2020, the Board approved a County Deed, recorded as Official Records Document No. 20210457937, as required to fulfill the conveyance obligations of the Conserv Property Exchange.

Subsequent review determined that the legal description contained an error that resulted in a portion of the neighboring parcel being omitted from the conveyance.

Approval of the proposed document will convey the omitted remnant parcel to Orange County, consistent with the intent of the Conserv Property Exchange.
