The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

4.    To view VAB records by meeting date between June 20, 2013 through August 21, 2018, scroll down to locate the VAB meeting date.

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide maintenance for 141 emergency generators located at wastewater treatment facilities and pumping stations to provide an emergency power supply in order to maintain permit compliance for wastewater treatment.
FUNDING:
Funds are available in account number 4420-038-1344-3820.
APPROVALS:
The Field Services Division and the Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Seven bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Ring Power Corporation was deemed non-responsive for adding qualifying terms to their bid. Taylor Sudden Service, Inc. was deemed non-responsive for failure to sign the irrevocable offer as required in the IFB. CJ's Sales and Service of Ocala, Inc. was determined to be responsive and responsible based on satisfactory references and documented experience. The bid submitted by CJ's Sales and Service of Ocala, Inc. is considered reasonable based on comparison to the current market pricing for the same type of services.
