PROJECT: Development Order (Related to Change Determination Request CDR-25-03-060)
PURPOSE: The Moss Park Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Development Order (DO) was originally approved by the Board on May 9, 1995, and the property is generally located on the west and east sides of Wewahoottee Road, south and west of Moss Park Road. The DRI and associated Planned Development (PD) are currently approved for a mix of single-family residential, multi-family residential, retail, office (including civic center), lodging facility, and RV/campground entitlements.
Through this request, the applicant is seeking to update the development order to add the uses of “Public / Institutional” to existing Office entitlements for Parcel C and remove “one chapel” from conditions of Approval #2 consistent with the Moss Park PD amendment case (CDR-25-03-060). The associated change determination request to the Moss Park PD (CDR-25-03-060) was recommended for approval by the Development Review Committee (DRC) on August 13, 2025.
This proposed agreement received a recommendation of approval from the Development Review Committee (DRC) on August 13, 2025.
