PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide the renewal of annual software licenses, maintenance, and support services for Provide Enterprise, which is the program utilized by the County to support Orange County HIV Programs including Ryan White Part A Program and Housing Opportunity for People with AIDS (HOPWA). The performance period is March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 7015-060-7296-3192 and 7738-060-7312-3192. Funding for this contract is provided via federal grants from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
APPROVALS:
The Health Services Department concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
The Health Services Department manages the Ryan White Part A and HOPWA programs which provides medical and support services to over 6,000 people living with HIV in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake counties.
