REMARKS: On May 19, 2015, the Board approved a Lease Agreement with G & C OC Investors, LLC., as amended by the First Amendment to Lease approved by the Board on May 18, 2021, for warehouse space located at 3165 McCrory Place, Orlando, Florida 32803.
This action serves as a renewal, extending the County’s use of the space for office and laboratory for Environmental Protection Division through to December 31, 2030.
