The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

PURPOSE:

Equipment:

Brother in Car Printers - $261,443.45.
The Uniform Patrol Division needs approximately 400 printers as well as 200 printer stands and the Traffic Division needs approximately 40 printers. The quote is for 455 Brother PJ863 printers and 30 Brother RJ4250WBL and all necessary accessories for the printers.  The 30 RJ4250WBL printers are for Motor staff to be carried on their motorcycles; they are small in size. The surplus will be utilized for any future replacements needed. The printers are needed for use with TraCS Uniform Traffic Citations (Printable UTCs) and TraCS crash Driver’s Exchange Forms.
