PROJECT:
N/A

PURPOSE: On October 28, 2025, the Board approved Contract #Y26-128 in the total amount of $14,500,000 between Orange County, Florida and United Arts of Central Florida, Inc. to serve as the fiscal agent in managing compliance and distribution of Tourist Development Tax (TDT) Arts Cultural and Facility grant funding as directed by Orange County. This first amendment is proposed in order to adjust the contract from a total amount of $14,500,000 to a total amount of $16,686,450 to reflect the actual 2025 Tourist Development Tax revenues collected for arts. This additional funding will support the Blockbuster & Special Events fund and grant programs for cultural projects, cultural facilities, and venue rental subsidies.

BUDGET: United Arts of Central Florida will be paid a total amount of $16,686,450 from the Tourist Development Tax revenues
