Approval to award Invitation for Bids Y24-1080-AV, Wellness Nurse Services, to the low responsive and responsible bidder, Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. dba Advent Health Centra Care, in the estimated contract award amount of $2,242,040 for a five-year term. PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide onsite wellness services to employees to provide education and screening of common chronic diseases and conduct demonstrations of healthy cooking options.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 5540-025-0279-3195.
APPROVALS:
The Human Resources Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Four bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and were evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Price reasonableness was established based on comparison to previous contract prices with an increase in services.
A & Associates, Inc, Berkshire Healthcare Staffing Solutions, and Aligned Employment Resources, LLC dba Aligned Government Services were deemed non-responsive for failing to submit licenses. Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. dba Advent health Centra Care has a satisfactory record of performance and is considered responsible.
