The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Tapestry - Nona. This is a one lot plat located approximately 600 feet northwest of the intersection of Boggy Creek Road and Highclere Street.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Tyson Ranch Planned Development/Tyson Ranch Infrastructure Preliminary Subdivision Plan/Parcel 3 - Tapestry Boggy Creek Apartments Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on December 15, 2021, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
