PURPOSE: To continue to provide space for Aspire Health Partners, Inc. at the JAC.

REMARKS: Orange County and Aspire Health Partners, Inc. entered into Contract Y26-102-HS dated March 26, 2026, to provide professional consultation services to the short-term residents of the JAC.

Pursuant to the Contract, Aspire is to enter into a License Agreement with the County if they intend to use a County-owned facility in connection with their provision of services. This License Agreement provides for Aspire’s use of a portion of the JAC as indicated in the Contract.
