PROJECT: WebEOC Subscription Agreement
PURPOSE: WebEOC is a cloud-based platform utilized in our Emergency Operations Center to ensure a common operating picture during disasters. Designed for emergency management organizations, WebEOC helps operationalize and enhance our programs while facilitating incident and emergency response. The system enables seamless communication with stakeholders, municipalities, and the Florida Division of Emergency Management. It is widely used across all 67 counties in Florida, as well as by federal agencies, hospitals, and educational institutions. Previously, WebEOC was received through an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County and will now become an Orange County stand-alone system. The State of Florida Division of Emergency Management has agreed to cover all costs related to the WebEOC software.
