PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will add funds needed to cover contracted services, based on the County's usage to date, for the balance of the contract term which ends on June 30, 2025.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 0001-043-1715-3810 and 0001-043-1719-3810.
APPROVALS:
The Facilities Management Division concurs with this recommendation
REMARKS:
On September 1, 2019, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids Y19-1130 to U.S. Water Services Corporation in the estimated contract award amount of $527,033.52 for a three-year term, with further approval for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms.
Previous contract amendments are as follows:
Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. There was no change to the contract amount.
Amendment No. 2: Amended the total weekly checks and activities at the Trimble Park location and increased from two weekly checks to five weekly checks. The unit price per month increased from $313.90 to $747.23. There was no change to the contract amount.
