The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: To amend the Lease Agreement to reflect a change in ownership.

REMARKS: The County currently leases horse barn facilities for the Orange County Sheriff's Office at 9650 Berry Dease Road, Orlando, Florida 32825 from Walter Flores and Chantelle Flores (Née Fernandez), as approved by the Board of County Commissioners at its meeting on August 6, 2019 (Lease). However, ownership of the property has now changed, with Walter Flores as the sole owner of the leased premises.

This First Amendment of Lease will reflect Walter Flores as the sole owner and recipient of lease payments under the Lease.  Other than the change in ownership, there are no other changes to the Lease and all terms and conditions remain in effect.
