The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Registry on Grass Lake. This is a one-lot plat located approximately 100 feet northwest of the intersection at Avalon Road and Arrowhead Boulevard.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of The Registry on Grass Lake Planned Development - The Registry on Grass Lake Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on March 23, 2022, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
