PROCUREMENT:
This amendment will provide additional funds needed to support the County’s operational
needs based on usage to date.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers: 0001-043-1713-3810, 0001-043-1715-3810,
0001-043-1717-3810, 0001-043-1718-3810, and 0001-043-1719-3810.
APPROVALS:
The Facilities Management Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On July 25, 2023, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids Y23-164 Lot A to Frank Gay Services, LLC, in the estimated contract amount of $962,500 for a one-year term with further approval for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for four additional one-year terms.
Previous contract amendment is as follows:
• Amendment No. 1: Increased the contract in the amount of $50,000, for a revised estimated contract amount of $1,012,500.
