REMARKS: This action provides a Limited Non-Exclusive License that authorizes a right-of-entry to the School Board of Orange County (OCPS) to conduct due diligence prior to accepting title to the school site identified as Parcel ID: 17-22-32-0000-00-005, in conformance with the Adequate Public Facilities Agreement recorded October 20, 2016, Document No. 20160548840 in the Official Records of Orange County, Florida.
OCPS has submitted the License Agreement simultaneously to its board for approval and execution.
