The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: N/A

 

PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement is for Orange County and The Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) to formalize collaboration in the delivery of youth behavioral intervention and community supervision services.

 

Under this Agreement, OCPS may refer eligible Orange County youth ages 6 through17 who are experiencing behavioral challenges at home or in school, including youth under supervision of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

 

Through this Agreement, Orange County and OCPS will coordinate referrals, share appropriate information consistent with applicable laws, and align supportive services to ensure youth receive comprehensive, integrated care. This partnership enhances continuity between school-based concerns and community supervision requirements. The term of the Agreement shall remain in effect from the date both parties execute the agreement through June 30, 2029. There is no cost to the County.
