The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

4.    To view VAB records by meeting date between June 20, 2013 through August 21, 2018, scroll down to locate the VAB meeting date.

PURPOSE: The Arts and Cultural Affairs Advisory Council ("Advisory Council") has carefully created an application procedure that complies with the statutory requirements for the use of Tourist Development Tax funds and also meets the Advisory Council's goal of elevating Central Florida's arts and culture to a status befitting a world-class community. At the October 28, 2025 Board meeting, the recommendations for Arts and Cultural Affairs grants for Cultural Tourism Funding will be presented. The Advisory Council examined numerous issues, including identity, quality, tourism, and implementation. Twelve members of the Advisory Council served on the Cultural Tourism Review Panel ("Review Panel") to evaluate and score the 39 eligible applications. The Review Panel members' evaluations were complemented with financial analysis from a Certified Public Accountant familiar with the nonprofit industry. After a thorough independent review by each Review Panel member and discussions regarding the impact to be made by the funds at a public panel meeting and subsequent Advisory Council meeting, the Advisory Council approved the Review Panel's ranking and recommendations with no opposing votes.
