The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Agreement between the School Board and Orange County is to develop programs designed to provide a comprehensive system of care that meets the health and educational needs of juvenile offenders committed to the Corrections Department. This agreement will facilitate the implementation of applicable provisions of Florida’s statutes and rules. The School Board and Orange County will cooperatively plan for the provision of education to all juvenile offenders who are eligible and in need of such services.
