PURPOSE: The Head Start Division requests Board approval of the Supplemental Grant Application submitted under ACF-OHS-PI-25-02, requesting supplemental funds to support enhancements across multiple program areas that strengthen the health, safety, learning environment, and overall quality of Head Start services for children and families. The Supplemental Grant Request includes key investments such as installation of Skywell Water Dispensers, replacement of water coolers for Orange County Public Schools classrooms, technology modernization, playground shade structures, HighScope assessment tools, and Trauma Smart training.
