The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will procure food service three times daily to inmates confined to the jail complex housing units, ensuring meals are compliant with nutritional regulations. Additionally, the firm will provide staff dining and stock a separate mini market available for staff to purchase 24/7 days per week.
FUNDING:
Funding is available with account number 0001-081-3809-4135.

Proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on September 9, 2024. Commissioner Nicole Wilson was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
