The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: To authorize amendments to an existing site Lease in order to maintain continued access to an existing communications tower and to update recorded Lease documentation to reflect the revised access location at the site.

REMARKS: A planned roadway improvement project requires relocation of the existing Access and Utility Easement serving the communications tower located at the Eastern Water Reclamation Facility. The First Amendment to the Site Lease allows the easement to be relocated while preserving the tenant’s continued access to the tower. The Second Memorandum of Lease updates the public record to reflect the revised Lease and Easement configuration. 

Only the Second Memorandum of Lease is to be recorded.
