Approval of Contract Y25-2062, Provision of Community Services, with the University of Central Florida Research Foundation, Inc., in the total contract amount of $600,627 for a three-year term. PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide funds for nonprofit capacity building technical assistance, which will provide critical capacity building support for up to 30 newly-funded, small/grassroots nonprofit organizations per year. Each funded organization will have designated training slots for two individuals, for a total of up to 60 individuals receiving training per year. Through a blended approach utilizing one-on-one coaching support, individual consultation, and designed curriculum, the program will offer customized individual and group level support on topics to include business acumen, contract management, organizational capacity, and proposal writing. Additionally, the program will provide education and training to grantees, addressing deficiencies on topics such as governance, operations, fundraising, and awareness, as well as opportunities for nonprofit certification. The performance period is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
