PURPOSE:

The VERB Kind
- $2,500. This contribution will assist this organization’s mentoring program that reaches the youth inside the walls of a juvenile detention center and gives them a second chance through mentoring, education, and connecting them with community resources.  The VERB Kind’s Second Swing Classic will be held at the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate on September 20, 2024.

Youth Central Connection - $500. This contribution will provide resources for at risk youth, including job opportunities; mentoring programs; volunteer opportunities; radio and television production; and information about related programs in the Central Florida area.

Florida Crime Prevention Association - $1,000. This charitable organization was founded in 1969 in an effort to increase awareness of crime prevention strategies and to network with other agencies on how to fight crime victimization.
