The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

1. To search BCC records by meeting date and/or a specific term between September 23, 1869 and December 14, 2010, view the 'BCC Meetings' page.

PURPOSE: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is constructing improvements to State Road 91 Turnpike at Taft-Vineland Road Interchange and the County utility facilities must be relocated because they are in direct conflict with the proposed roadway improvements. Florida Statutes require Utility/Agency Owners to pay relocation costs for their facilities in the public right-of-way.

To optimize project execution, FDOT's construction contractor will perform the County's utility work within the project limits. The Utility Work by Highway Contractor Agreement (At Utility Expense) for FDOT Financial Project ID 444980-1-56-04/444980-1-66-04 SR 91 Turnpike at Taft-Vineland Interchange and Appendix: "Changes to Form Document" (Agreement) authorizes FDOT to include the County's necessary utility work in FDOT's highway construction contract. The County's work consists of removal of approximately 3,255 linear feet of existing 4-inch to 8-inch diameter PVC force mains and installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch PVC force main.
