The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE: During the Discussion period of the March 25, 2025 Board meeting, the members of the Board discussed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Orange County, FL and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding the Warrant Service Officer Program. Although the MOA was ratified on March 25, 2025, Board members also had several concerns and questions regarding ICE Detainees and the Warrant Service Officer Program. At the conclusion of the discussions, Mayor Demings directed that a work session be scheduled with the Board for staff to provide additional information. This item is for informational purposes, and no action is being requested of the Board.
