Approval of Request for Transfer of Environmental Resource Permit to the Perpetual Operation and Maintenance Entity for Environmental Resource Permit No. 48-106948-P, Sunbridge Utilities Phase - 2 30" Reclaimed Main Extension from Tavistock East Services, LLC to Orange County, Florida and authorization for the Utilities Department Director to execute the Request for Transfer of Environmental Resource Permit to the Perpetual Operation and Maintenance Entity for Environmental Resource Permit No. 48-106948-P and related documents and take actions necessary or incidental to the permit transfer and the County's operation and maintenance responsibilities under the permit, excluding material permit modifications or additional obligations requiring further Board approval. PROJECT: N/A
PURPOSE: On August 6, 2019, Orange County entered into an agreement with Tavistock East Holdings, LLC (the "Developer") to extend an existing 24-inch and 30-inch reclaimed water main approximately 4,660 linear feet (LF) and 4,100 LF, respectively, and for the Developer to provide a utility easement for access to and maintenance of the reclaimed water main. The Developer secured Environmental Resource Permit No. 48-106948-P from the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), completed construction of the project, and submitted construction completion certification to SFWMD. Ownership of the completed 30-inch reclaimed water main extension was transferred to the County on November 11, 2024.
