In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: On July 9, 2024, the Board approved and executed the Interlocal Agreement for Annexation of Enclave between City of Winter Garden (City) and Orange County (County).
We have prepared a County Deed for transfer of multiple rights-of-way and associated stormwater facilities from County to City and are requesting the County to approve and execute the County Deed per the terms of the Agreement.
In accordance with Florida Statutes, a County Deed has been prepared which transfers interest over portions of multiple rights-of-way and stormwater facilities to the City. Approval of this Deed transfers the right-of-way for those portions of roads associated with annexation of the Mary Jean subdivision to the City.
The County Attorney’s Office has reviewed the County Deed and found it acceptable as to form.
