The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PROJECT: N/A
PURPOSE: The Florida Department of Transportation and the County wish to enter into a Renewal Contract for the existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The MOA establishes the responsibilities of each party for the performance of routine maintenance activities within designated State highway rights-of-way and provides for reimbursement to the County for those services.
Under the renewal, the County will receive state funding in the amount of $144,300 to perform the agreed-upon maintenance activities during the three-year renewal term, which extends from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029.
The renewal contract for the MOA (Contract No. ASW51) has been reviewed and approved as to form by the County Attorney's Office.
