Resolutions for Special Assessment Lien(s) Lot Cleaning (20)

 

PURPOSE: Pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 28, Nuisances, Article II, Lot Cleaning, the County is authorized to have property cleaned through an independent contractor when not done voluntarily by the property owner, after sufficient notice. Further, the regulation allows the Board by Resolution to place Special Assessment Liens on such properties to recoup the cost of cleaning. The properties have been cleaned at the expense of the County with associated costs as indicated.
