The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Public Art Review Board, with staff support from the Arts and Cultural Affairs Office, has selected sculptures for an annual exhibition on the lawn of the Orange County Administration Center. This temporary outdoor sculpture program is open to artists who have carved sculptural pieces. Dorothy Gillespie’s artwork, “Rockefeller Center Sculpture Multi-Colored Totem,” is currently on the lawn of the Orange County Administration Center. This donation agreement will terminate the current “Sculpture on the Lawn Loan and Exhibition Agreement” for the sculpture and accept the donation of the sculpture to Orange County, Florida.
