REMARKS: Pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), approved by the Board on December 15, 2020, Orange County currently leases space for the Orange County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) K-9 training unit at VCC's School of Public Safety located at 8600 Valencia College Lane, Orlando, Florida 32825.
This amendment is required to satisfy VCC's insurance requirements by formally recognizing OCSO as the facility operator.
