In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) and Orange County wish to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The MOA sets forth the responsibility of each party regarding reconstruction of Bridge No. 750387, which is located on Hemple Avenue between Morton Jones Road and Old Winter Garden Road.
The FTE adopted a work program which includes a project to replace Bridge No. 750387 with a new bridge that will carry Hemple Avenue over S.R. 408, reconstruct the bridge approaches, and provide other improvements as described in the Turnpikes Five-Year Work Program Financial Project Number 452080-1.
The MOA with the FTE was reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s Office and the Risk Management Division as to form.
