The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: N/A

PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department plans to construct on All American Boulevard, a new four-lane urban section roadway from the intersection of Edgewater Drive and Clarcona Ocoee Road to just west of Forest City Road. This project will be bundled with the planned improvements to the contiguous western segment of Kennedy Boulevard that extends from just west of Forest City Road to Kingston Court. The project has a combined length and construction cost of 1.9 miles and approximately $41.6M dollars, respectively.

The Public Works Department negotiated three agreements with Florida Central Railroad Company, LLC (FCEN) for the construction, use, and maintenance of a new railroad crossing and an existing railroad crossing on the extension of All American Boulevard.
