The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Accelerated Transportation Safety Agreement is intended to provide funding for additional and/or expanded public transportation service and passenger amenities within the Orange County Service Area as depicted in Exhibit “A.” Over the established five-year period, the agreement is intended to reflect anticipated service hours to be delivered while also providing for new bus shelters, thus enhancing bus operational frequency and new shelters within Orange County.
