The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Caribe Royale. This is a one lot plat located approximately 700 feet east of the intersection at State Road 535 and World Center Drive.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Nadeen Tanmore II Planned Development/Caribe Royale Service Center Expansion Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on July 11, 2018, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
