The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: Interlocal Agreement with City of Maitland for Dispatch Services

 

PURPOSE: Orange County Fire Rescue currently provides dispatch services to the City of Maitland through an Interlocal Agreement that has a five-year term for renewal. Execution of this agreement will secure the continuation of these services through September 30, 2029. Dispatch fees are based on calculations for the percentage of calls, as well as the base salary of dispatcher and GIS positions that support various dispatch services. This agreement has been reviewed by the participating agency and the County Attorney’s Office.
