The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT:

PURPOSE: The Parks and Recreation Division is working with the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to construct the Coast to Coast (C2C) Trail specifically the Orange County Gap Segment 2 (from Hiawassee Road to north of State Road 414) - Financial Project Number 436433-1-52-02. Orange County has agreed to partially fund (with FDOT) the upgrade of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Beggs Road and N Pine Hills Road to an updated mast arm system in the amount of $235,616. FDOT requires the County to execute this Local Funding Agreement  to move forward with construction of the project tentatively scheduled to begin later in 2025. The County Attorney's Office, Risk Management Division, Real Estate Management Division, Traffic Engineering Division and Parks and Recreation Division have reviewed this Agreement and find it acceptable.
