REMARKS: Seminole County and Orange County, through an Interlocal Joint Fire Station Agreement approved by the Board on June 15, 1993, constructed a fire station and auxiliary building located on property leased from the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees (UCF). The ground lease was approved by the Board on October 20, 1992, and this lease was renewed by the Board on February 21, 2023, which extended the lease to February 23, 2043.
