PROCUREMENT:
The study will complete a high-level technical evaluation to determine the benefits and challenges of widening the roadway to improve access, safety, and mobility in east Orange County between Goldenrod Road and William C Coleman Drive. This project is located in District 5.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1003-072-5029-3110.
APPROVALS:
The Transportation Planning Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Two proposals were received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Procurement Committee evaluated the proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in this RFP. The proposal from CDM Smith Inc. scored too low for Board consideration. The Procurement Committee’s consensus scores are attached.
The proposals were evaluated by the Procurement Committee on June 26, 2024. Commissioner Emily Bonilla was assigned to the Procurement Committee.
